Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using the psud0 platform in any capacity, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use psud0.

Account Registration

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at legal@psud0.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use psud0 to store, transmit, or process any content that is:

• — Illegal, harmful, or fraudulent under South African law
• — Infringing on intellectual property or third-party rights
• — Malicious, including malware, ransomware, or phishing content
• — Intended to gain unauthorised access to other systems

Data & Privacy

We collect and process your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA). You retain full ownership of all data you upload to psud0. By using the platform, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to store, process, and transmit your data solely to deliver our services.

Service Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to psud0. We reserve the right to perform scheduled or emergency maintenance, which may cause temporary downtime. Where possible, advance notice will be provided via email or our status page.

Billing & Payments

Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis, in advance of the billing period. All fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise in a separate agreement. Failure to maintain valid payment may result in suspension or termination of your account. All pricing is listed in ZAR unless otherwise specified.

Intellectual Property

All platform software, branding, trademarks, and underlying technology remain the exclusive intellectual property of psud0. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, decompile, resell, or sublicense any part of the platform without our express written consent.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account, with or without notice, if you breach these terms or engage in conduct we deem harmful to the platform or other users. You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days before deletion.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under South African law, psud0 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the platform following notification constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, including the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act (ECT Act) and POPIA. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the South Gauteng High Court, Johannesburg.
