Who We Share It With

We do not sell your personal information. We may share it with:

• — Legal authorities: where required by law, court order, or to protect our rights

How Long We Keep It

We retain your personal information only for as long as is necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by law. Account data is retained for the duration of your subscription, plus 30 days after cancellation to allow for data export. Anonymised usage analytics may be retained indefinitely.

How We Protect It

We implement industry-standard technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest (AES-256), access controls, and regular security audits. In the event of a data breach that poses a risk to your rights, we will notify you and the Information Regulator in accordance with POPIA Section 22 within 72 hours.

Your POPIA Rights

Under POPIA, you have the following rights regarding your personal information:

• — Access: request a copy of the personal information we hold about you
• — Correction: request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information
• — Deletion: request deletion of your personal information where no longer necessary
• — Objection: object to processing of your information for direct marketing
• — Complaint: lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator (inforeg.org.za)

Cross-Border Transfers

Where your personal information is transferred outside South Africa (e.g. to cloud infrastructure providers), we ensure that the receiving country or organisation provides an adequate level of protection, or we implement contractual safeguards as required by POPIA Section 72.
